Touring
Q. Are you open all year?
A. Yes we are ( we reserve the right to refuse bookings due to bad weather during the winter months )
Q. Are the pitches hard standing?
A. Yes all of the touring pitches are hard standing and fully serviced.
Q. What is the minimum booking period?
A. The minimum booking period for a tourer is 3 nights. However if you are wanting to book a shorter period during the season it is worth phoning the office as we may have a small gap between bookings which can be filled with a short booking.
Q. Do you accept dogs?
A Yes, we are a pet-friendly park. It is essential that dogs are on a lead at all times whilst on the park and that any fouling is collected and disposed of accordingly. Anyone found ignoring our fouling rules will be asked to leave the park immediately.
Q Can we put a tent by our tourer?
A No, we are not licensed for tents on our touring field.
Q. Do I need to book my holiday in advance?
A. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you do book in advance.
Q. What is the electric hook-up amperage?
A. The amperage on all of our pitches is 10amps.
Q. Do you allow us to put an awning up?
A. Yes we do allow awnings, this is included in the nightly charge. All awnings must be on the hard standing plots and not on the grassed area (please be sure to have the longer pegs).
Camping
Q. When do you open?
A. We recommend that campers do not come on to the park during the months of November, December, January and February as these are generally the coldest and wettest months.
Q. Do you take bookings for camping?
A. No, we do not take bookings for camping as we have no marked out pitches on our camping field. It is on a first come first served basis.
Q. Do you accept dogs?
A. Yes we do allow dogs on to our camping field, there is a designated area for families with pets. It is essential that dogs are kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park and that any fouling anywhere on the park is collected and disposed of accordingly. Anyone found ignoring our fouling rules will be asked to leave the park immediately.
Q. Do you allow Gazebo’s?
A. Gazebo’s are allowed on the camping field at a charge of £5 per night, however we do not allow them to be put up throughout the school holidays and bad weather.
Q. Do you allow groups?
A. Our camping field is for families and couples only we do not allow all male/female parties.
General
Q. Do you have showers on the park?
A Yes we do have toilet/shower blocks, the showers work on a token system and the tokens can be purchased from the office or the on-site shop at 30p each.
Q. Are you by the beach?
A. Yes we located right by the beach and have our own private access.
Q. Do you allow barbecues?
A. Yes, all we ask is that you do not cause annoyance to other customers and that disposable barbecues are raised off the grass so as not to cause damage to the grass. We do not allow camp fires.
