CARAVAN INSURANCE CAN BE ARRANGED THROUGH OUR OFFICE SCHEME.
Whilst we have a twelve month license we are officially open for only ten months, i.e. March 1st to January 1st. Our main ground rent, rates, refuse and insurance charges are invoiced late March, with annual accounts, i.e. gas and electric invoiced generally in October.
Siting Fees and Age Rule
On the majority of the park facilities include piped gas, BT connection (optional) and freeview TV (optional). New caravans will be sited on a full length concrete pad and secured by galvanised chains with relevant axle stands positioned to eliminate any "bounce" through the floor. The price includes all appropriate electrical, water and gas connections after which, and in compliance with legislation, a gas and electrical safety check is carried out.
Entry to the park is controlled by a key fob operated security barrier.
